When I got this order through I felt extremely excited and very nervous! A cake to look like an elephant in 3D! This one was a big one too, it was the first order I have had of its kind which is always exciting because I love creating something new and being able to try new techniques. There is always that worry of ‘What if it doesn’t go to plan’ By writing out the process and knowing exactly what I was going to do and when, the cake turned out perfect! The client loved their Elephant which I named Eddie and there were smiles all round :-)

How funny is this order! This cake was amusing to create from start to finish, the client wanted this one personalised to include a pet dog and duck, with clothes strung around the ‘room’, mugs, hair straighteners etc. The reaction from the client when the cake was picked up is every cake makers dream!!
